Help

Do I need to sign up to read?

No. The notes on sleep, breathing, urban walks, journaling, and digital breaks can be read without registration and at no cost. Only downloads from the resource library require an email, to send you the file and let you know if it is updated. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no hidden plans.

What does the resource library include?

Weekly routine templates, checklists for setting up a reading or meditation corner in small apartments, and five-minute guided breathing audios. These are brief materials, meant to be used during the day, not to pile up in a folder.

How long does the seven-day reset guide take?

It offers one simple prompt per day and a space to note how it went. Each day takes only a few minutes, though each person sets the pace. If a day is missed, the guide suggests picking it up again the next day without guilt: there are no rigid rules or deadlines to meet.

Do I need to buy anything or prepare special materials?

No. A notebook or your phone to take notes is enough, along with a quiet moment in the day. The breathing practices do not require apps or equipment. The checklists are designed for small spaces, so they adapt to what you already have at home.

Are results or timelines promised?

No. Brújula Serena is an independent publishing project based in Buenos Aires: it publishes guides and notebooks, not treatments or programs with guaranteed goals. The tone is warm, with examples from Buenos Aires neighborhoods, seasons of the year, and work schedules, so that each person can find their own version.

How do I follow up if I have another question?

You can write to us and tell us what you need. If your question is about the downloadable materials, the library of resources gathers what is available. And if you want to ask about something specific before starting, the contact page is the direct path.
