Trust

We are an independent editorial project based in Buenos Aires. There is no large newsroom behind us or a commercial team: there are short guides and workbooks that are written, edited, and published by hand. That has a concrete consequence for the reader: the topics come from everyday observations —the noise of the street at night, shifted schedules, hours in front of the screen— and not from a trend calendar.

Reading the notes is open and does not require registration. Anyone can enter, read, and leave without leaving any data. The downloadable library works differently: the weekly routine templates, the checklists for setting up a reading or meditation corner in small apartments, and the five-minute guided breathing audios ask for an email before downloading. That email is used to send you the file and to let you know when we add new material. Nothing more.

What exactly does this project publish?

Short guides and workbooks on sleep, breathing, urban walks, journaling, and digital breaks. These are carefully edited texts, designed to be read in a few minutes and returned to when needed. There are no courses, no programs with dates, and no content that unlocks in stages. What is published is available.

Do I need to register to read?

No. All reading is open and requires no email or account. You can enter, read, and leave without leaving any data. Registration only appears when someone wants to download something from the library, and in that case only an email is requested.

What happens with library downloads?

The weekly routine templates, the checklists for setting up a reading or meditation corner in small apartments, and the five-minute guided breathing audios require an email before downloading. It is the only piece of information requested. There are no charges, no hidden plans, and no intermediate steps.

Are results or timelines promised?

No. The project does not promise results, deadlines, or features the site does not have. What is offered is material to organize the day based on simple prompts, with space to note how each day went. What each person does with it is beyond the scope of these pages.

How is an independent editorial project sustained?

Through editing and publishing work sustained from Buenos Aires. There are no investors, no paid advertising, and no commercial agreements that condition the content. That also explains why the catalog grows slowly: each guide and each notebook is put together with time, reviewed, and only then published.

What won't you find here?

Empty motivational speeches, promises of transformation, invented metrics, or fabricated testimonials. You also won't find features the site doesn't have: there are no user accounts, no live comments, no order tracking, and no automated replies. If something isn't there, it's because it doesn't exist.

How can you write to the project?

By email at team@thequietcompass.com or by phone at +54 11 5090-6747. You can also stop by Av. Corrientes 1235, Floor 8, Office 802, Edificio Corrientes Plaza, Buenos Aires, always with prior notice. Inquiries are read and answered when possible, with no committed timelines.
