When you complete the contact form or request a download, we store your name, your email address, and the message you write. We also record basic technical data about the device and browser, such as screen type, language, and the page you arrived from. If we later add usage metrics, we will do so in an aggregated form and without linking them to a specific person.
We use your data to respond to you, send you the download link you requested, and keep an internal record of inquiries. We do not build advertising profiles or sell lists. If at any point you want to stop receiving emails from us, simply reply to any of them and ask to be removed: there are no hidden steps or additional forms.
The site may use its own cookies to remember reading preferences and analytics cookies to understand which articles are read most. We also work with external hosting, email, and form submission providers that process data on our behalf under their own policies. We do not use those services to identify you personally or to show you third-party ads.
We keep form messages and download emails while the inquiry remains active or for as long as needed to respond to it. After that, we delete or anonymize them. Technical browsing logs are kept for short periods and for diagnostic purposes, not for commercial tracking.
You can request access to the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask us to delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave when submitting a form.
