Write to us if you want to start with the reset guide

Tell us where you are: whether you have been organizing your days, whether you want to try the seven-day guide, or whether you have a question about how to use the notebooks. That is enough for us to guide you.

How to write to us if something doesn't add up

There are no hidden forms or automated replies. If you have a question about a guide, a notebook, or a download, write to us and we'll answer when we can give it proper attention.

Yes. All the notes and guides on the site can be read without registering. We only ask for your email when you want to download a weekly routine template, a checklist, or a guided breathing audio. There are no charges or hidden plans at any step.

Tell us which resource you're looking for and what you'll use it for. If it's a routine template, a journaling notebook, or a five-minute audio, that's enough. You don't need to overexplain: one or two clear lines help us point you in the right direction.

Brújula Serena is an independent publishing project based in Buenos Aires. You can write to team@thequietcompass.com or call +54 11 5090-6747. The mailing address is Av. Corrientes 1235, Floor 8, Office 802, Edificio Corrientes Plaza, Buenos Aires.

We don't promise fixed times. We reply as we're able to read each message calmly. If your inquiry is about a download that didn't arrive or a link that won't open, let us know and we'll look into it.

We've gathered the usual questions about downloads, use of the material, and contact in the help section. If your question isn't there, write to us anyway: we'll add it when it comes up several times.

Before writing, it might help you to check the help section or look at the available resources.

Seven-day reset guide

The starting point. Seven days, one simple prompt per day, and space to note how it went. It's designed for people who work, live in small apartments, and feel the day slipping away between screens. Each day includes a question to review at the end and a note on what to do if a day doesn't go as planned. There are no rigid rules: you pick it back up the next day, without guilt.

Notes on sleep, breathing, and walks

Short texts that explore the project's themes: how street noise affects rest, what to do with five minutes of guided breathing in the middle of work, going for a walk without a destination and noting an image when you return. They work as standalone reading or as supporting material while following the guide.

Journaling and digital breaks

For those who want to write three lines before bed or cut down on phone use without disappearing. The approach here is realistic: choose specific time slots, mute particular notifications, leave the phone outside the bedroom. No total disconnection and no one-size-fits-all recipes.

Exercise workbooks

Materials for working with pencil and paper: short prompts, space to write notes, and weekly reviews. They can be read without signing up. If you want to download templates or five-minute breathing audio, you will need to leave an email. There are no charges or hidden plans.

Serene Compass: for founders

If this is your first time, start with the seven-day reset guide. After that you can continue with the themed notes or go straight to the workbooks.
